This huge, 100ft high fairground Ferris wheel was set up outside the town hall in Victoria Square from December 12, forming the centrepiece of Bolton’s 2013 Christmas celebrations.

Bolton Town Hall

Bolton’s imposing town hall stands in Victoria Square (once the site of the town's market). First opened in 1873, it was extended in the 1930s.

It is a Grade II* listed building (List Entry 1388295 LinkExternal link Historic England)
