The remains of the railway embankment at Portesham. The railway crossed the road here on its way to Abbotsbury from Weymouth via Upwey. Portesham station was about fifty yards up the hill behind the camera and is now a holiday cottage. The entrance to Portesham Dairy Farm campsite is just this side
