Denham Wesleyan Chapel
Denham Wesleyan Chapel
An inscription above the doorway gives the date 1820. Seen from the street, Non-Conformist chapels of around that date often comply with a simplified Greek temple formula - with a pediment (low gable) and a couple of pilasters (columns in low-relief). This little brick-built chapel is even humbler, quite domestic in style and scale.

A previous visitor found the building up for sale: Link What may have happened in the mean time isn't clear, but the estate agent's board has disappeared.
