SJ9715 : Woodland, Pottal Slade

taken 8 years ago, near to Huntington, Staffordshire, Great Britain

Woodland, Pottal Slade
Woodland, Pottal Slade
Survivors of yet another extension of the Pottal gravel pit. Much of the Badger Slade woodland has now been consumed, and a look at the latest edition of the orienteering map gives quite a shock given the area now quarried. The quarry has grown a lot since my last visit ten years earlier.
