Severn Bridge railway tunnel
Severn Bridge railway tunnel
Here is the northern portal of the old railway tunnel at Severn Bridge station. This was built for double track but only one track ever passed through it. More information and some much better photos than mine are available at the excellent "Forgotten Relics of an Enterprising Age" website at LinkExternal link Well worth a browse.
