War Memorial Park
The southern end of the Memorial Park with sports pitches marked out.
The 120 acre park was laid out between 1921-35 on land purchased from the Gregory family as a memorial to those who perished in WWI and trees and commemorative plaques could (and still can) be purchased as individual memorials. The park as a whole is grade II listed.
The white building in the distance is the pavilion in SP3277 and beyond it is the Kenilworth Court block of flats by Leamington Road in SP3377.
