Loch Ruith a' Phuill
The loch may only be visited by fishermen, but it seems to me to be a truly beautiful place - and worthy of other visitors too. There are duckboards across the boggiest stretch of this shore. There is of course an ever helpful "NO ENTRY" sign on the gate to the track to this loch at the Tarvie road end - together cheek by jowl with proper litter bins and an ample car parking area. The other track to the now empty croft of Druim-cruaidh has a locked gate and signs "NO DOGS. BULL IN FIELD"
