This former Temperance Billiard Hall, built 1909-10 by Norman Evans, is now disused and in danger of becoming derelict, but could not easily be demolished as it is listed grade 2 (list entry number 1392397) as being a rare surviving example of its type. Another contributor's photo from five years earlier TQ3875 : Rileys Pool & Snooker Club, Lewisham High Street, SE13 shows that it was still in use for its original purpose.
