Derrycrow Road, Derryinver
The Derrycrow Road is one of several narrow, meandering roads that follow the shore of Lough Neagh around Derrytrasna. It is a sparsely populated area in contrast with the sprawl of Craigavon some eight miles to the south and many of those that do live on this section of road have unhindered views over the lough.

Derryinver derives from the Irish 'Doire Inbhir': "The Oakwood at the mouth of the river". This almost certainly refers to the mouth of the River Bann, which lies just to the southwest of this grid square.
