NN2505 : Ascent of the Cobbler

taken 25 years ago, 3 km from Ardgartan, Argyll And Bute, Great Britain

Ascent of the Cobbler
Ascent of the Cobbler
The ascent of the final pinnacle is rather fun. Here you crawl through a hole in the hill to get at a ledge on the far side. Follow the ledge, clamber up a few blocks to get to the rather small summit. Much easier than you would expect, looking at the hill.
