Some elaborate cast ironwork supporting the canopy outside Lisburn station. Similar examples are to be found on the up platform. The interlaced initials are “GNRI” (Great Northern Railway (Ireland)). Maker unknown but the GNR had its own foundry at the Dundalk works.
