A vacant site beside the Sydenham Road. The Metropolitan College J3574 : The Belfast Metropolitan College (2) and the Titanic Studios J3575 : 'Titanic Studios', Belfast (formerly the “Paint Hall” studios J3575 : Paint Hall, Belfast docks) are at left and right respectively. If my reading of the site plan (on the Planning Service website) is correct Olympic House will occupy a part of the left side.

A site in the Titanic Quarter with the following planning permission (16 July 2014): “Z/2013/0931/F High specification office building (of 6 and 7 storeys) comprising 2,970 sq m of class B1(a) office use and 14,642 sq m of B1 (C) research and development, basement car parking, landscaping, access and associated site works. Land East of Queen's Road North of Public Records Office of Northern Ireland and South of Belfast Metropolitan College Queen's Island Belfast"
Belfast Harbour press release on 13 November 2018: “Olympic House will be delivered by a joint venture between Belfast Harbour and the owners of Titanic Quarter. It will have a prominent position on the Queen’s Road, adjacent to the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland, the Belfast Metropolitan College and the Citi headquarters building. Construction is anticipated to commence in Spring 2019 and will take around 18 months to complete . . . . . Commencing the tender process for Olympic House marks another key milestone in the continued development of the area. Titanic Quarter is already “home” for a number of global organisations in Northern Ireland as well as for local companies expanding their operations. Having the opportunity to offer a further 150,000 sq ft of Grade A office space to other similar occupiers”.

The new buildings cover a range of uses including apartments, offices, hotel, a college, the Public Record Office for Northern Ireland and the “Titanic Belfast”.
