A former bar and adjoining premises at the corner of the Antrim Road and Halliday’s Road for which the following application for planning permission was re-advertised on 21 March 2014: “Z/2013/1402/F 29/11/2013 151-167 Antrim Road and 12 Halliday's Road Belfast BT15 2GW Demolition of existing public house, betting office (bookmaking office) and snooker hall, construction of betting office (bookmaking office), public house, ATM and 31no. apartments (amended description and plans)”.
