SH5831 : Harlech: northward view from the castle

taken 11 years ago, near to Harlech, Gwynedd, Wales

Harlech: northward view from the castle
Harlech: northward view from the castle
Looking down from SH5831 : Harlech: the castle on a horribly wet afternoon, across the lower part of the village, at the foot of the cliffs on which the castle so dramatically stands. The railway station is at the bottom of the picture, from where the railway and road head off at a slight tangent northwards.
