This Leyland Atlantean was new to Barrow Corporation in 1983 and is seen here picking up passengers for the journey to Kirkby Stephen.
Kirkby Stephen & Brough Classic Commercial Vehicle Rally 2014
The 16th rally held in the Eden Valley in Cumbria. Over the weekend of 19 and 20 April, many classic vehicles could be noted around the local roads and on show at various sites in the villages. A free bus service connecting Brough, Winton and Kirkby Stephen was offered, giving the visitor an opportunity to sample some historic passenger service vehicle delights!
A road run leaving Brough at 1700 hrs on the Saturday night saw vehicles taking a challenging route via Kirkby Stephen, Great Asby and Soulby.
