South Meadow Lane after it crosses the disused track of the dismantled Midland & South Western Junction Railway at the site of the former level crossing near Hayes Knoll. The M&SWJR operated between Swindon and Cirencester from 1883 to 1961. South Meadow Lane is a public bridleway.
