Bodmin & Wenford Railway - Judy
Bodmin & Wenford Railway - Judy
The railway is a preserved steam operated line. This small locomotive was offering brake van rides between larger trains along the line. The locomotive is Judy - an 0-4-0 ST built in 1937 by W G Bagnall of Stafford and used at the china clay port of Par. The locomotive is built with a very low cab due to a tight bridge clearance on the line. There is a 'sister' engine named Alfred and both are preserved on this railway.
