taken 10 years ago, near to Balmaha, Stirling, Scotland

West Highland Way descending Conic Hill
West Highland Way descending Conic Hill
The trail makes a sharp descent off Conic Hill towards Balmaha on Loch Lomond. Walkers are treated to superb views of the loch, with its islands that mark the line of a geological fault.
