Currently unused due to problems further down the line.
From November 2013 until further notice (likely early 2015), main line services have been suspended due to structural problems with the Pont Briwet viaduct near Llandecwyn. Network Rail and Gwynedd County Council have been carrying out work to build a £20 million replacement for the current bridge a few metres downstream, but in doing so had caused the old one to sink and thus made it unsafe for both rail & road traffic. As a result, no trains will be able to run north of Harlech until the new bridge is completed & commissioned. A replacement bus service is currently in operation.
