Path through Quarry Wood
Path through Quarry Wood
The path is now part of the Three Lochs Way. It is a continuation of the newly-created path that is shown in NS3281 : Path and boardwalk, but, unlike that new path, most of this part of the route, in the woods, appears on older maps, because it was originally a track to some old quarries in those woods: NS3281 : Old Quarry / NS3281 : Old quarry. It has simply been extended slightly to reach the north-eastern edge of the woods.
