Area for wildlife, Castle Howard
Lots of areas around the estate have been left uncut and they are teeming with beetles, dragonflies, bees and other creatures. There is a rich variety of flowers and plants which look much more attractive than the usual swathes of closely-mowed turf. The mansion provides a stunning backdrop.
