NU1324 : Water tank on Wandylaw Moor

taken 11 years ago, near to Rosebrough, Northumberland, England

Water tank on Wandylaw Moor
Water tank on Wandylaw Moor
A slightly worse for wear, but still functioning water tank on Wandylaw Moor. The tank was connected via a pipe to a plastic water trough provided for sheep to drink from. On the hot day when I visited the sheep were also using the tank as an impromptu shelter to hide from the early afternoon sun.
