Road diversion on the way to Barhaugh Hall
Road diversion on the way to Barhaugh Hall
The very minor road up to Barhaugh Hall on the east bank of the South Tyne has suffered a landslip at a bend on the river bank. A temporary road has been laid across the field whilst repairs are effected. It would probably be a lot cheaper and simpler to abandon the old road and consolidate the temporary diversion.
