This former Weighbridge office was built as a memorial to the Estate Agent Henry Leslie Prentice in 1873 and is situated within an area formerly used as the market yard. The weighbridge is situated in front of the former Market Hall which was later used as an Orange Hall before being converted into use as a private residence.
