Located behind the Leatherhead Leisure Centre, this locomotive carries a plaque which reads:

THE BIWATER EXPRESS

Generously donated by the Biwater Group Limited of Dorking in 1985.
Saddle Tank, Hawthorn Leslie, Works No. 3837
Built in 1934 and employed at Corby Iron and Steel Works until 1969.
