Lord's: storm stopped play
Five balls into Middlesex's reply to Nottinghamshire's monumental 368 for 2 (a record one-day score in a match at Lord's) a cloudburst flooded parts of the outfield. Remarkably, thanks to the ground's outstanding drainage and efficient ground staff, play resumed two hours later and, chasing a revised Duckworth/Lewis total, Middlesex were bowled out for 80, losing the floodlit One Day Cup match by 77 runs (though Notts fans may choose to remember the margin as 288...).
