A currently cleared and vacant, former industrial site (well to the left of the red building) part of which has the following planning permission: “Z/2013/1509/F Land East of Queen's Road and Northern Ireland Science Park south of channel commercial park and west of Musgrave Channel Road Film studios (2no), film production workshops, ancillary film production uses, installation of photovoltaic array, provision of car parking and access and undertake ancillary site works including re-location of sub-station 12/08/2014”.
