Ladies Bridge, Kennet and Avon Canal
Ladies Bridge, Kennet and Avon Canal
The name of this bridge is often mis-spelled as ' Lady's Bridge'. I believe the name derives from the use of the bridge (which only carries a footpath) by nuns, presumably from Wilcot Manor.
