This horizontal single cylinder steam engine by W C Holmes of Huddersfield is ex Stoke on Trent Gasworks and is mounted on the bed of an earlier engine (its crankshaft is seen in the background). This engine was later restored by Fred Dibnah but is believed to be currently out of operation.
