A view of Midford from the viaduct
The village of Midford is dominated by the viaduct that once carried the Somerset and Dorset railway and passed above the surprisingly busy B3110. The house at the extreme left of the image is visible in the opening scene of the Ealing comedy classic 'The Titfield Thunderbolt'.
