Church of St Mary: Chancel roof
Church of St Mary: Chancel roof
Like most churches the Chancel roof is far superior to that over the nave (SK9716 : Church of St Mary: Nave roof) It is a double purlin roo supported by the Angel corbels referred to by Pevsner, and dates from the 1858 restoration.
