Old WW1 Drill Hall on East Leven Street
Now the home of the Burntisland Pipe Band, it was originally a WW1 Drill Hall, when it was the base for the Forth Royal Garrison Artillery - Defended Ports (No 6 Company)
Link. It was originally built as a school in 1850-54, sold to be a drill hall in 1893, and finally given up by the army in 1950 according to RCAHMS LinkExternal link , but a Wikipedia reference says that it was bought in 1946 for £400 LinkExternal link (Archive LinkExternal link ) .
