Nottingham train approaching Bellwater Junction
Nottingham train approaching Bellwater Junction
The train is the 1509 hrs Skegness to Nottingham service and consists of a two-car Class 156 unit. This line is still largely equipped with traditional semaphore signals.
Note also the bridge plate bottom left which shows the continued railway practice of locating structures in terms of miles and chains. The bridge crosses the Bell Water Drain.
