Rustic nativity, Bamburgh
Rustic nativity, Bamburgh
A specially commissioned life-sized nativity carved from Northumberland oak by Ross MacNeil will take centre stage in Bamburgh this Christmas. The traditional scene will be lit up on Saturday 13 December 2014 when Olympic 10,000 metre medallist Brendan Foster switches on the village’s Christmas lights. The life-sized nativity features Mary, Joseph, three kings and a shepherd, as well as the all-important crib.
