SD4476 : High tide at Far Arnside

High tide at Far Arnside
High tide at Far Arnside
The high tide has scuppered my plan to follow the shore below the caravan park at Far Arnside. Steep limestone crags drop sheer into the remarkably calm waters of the bay. In the distance is the wooded ridge of Heathwaite falling to Park Point and the entrance to the inner Kent estuary.
