This farm track forms part of the Robin Hood Trail (Long Distance Path). Walkers use a footbridge in the woods behind the farm to cross the Rainworth Water Rises (streams) and then follow the path up the western side of the farm before following this track away from the farm towards a C category road called Cross Lane. Red-brick Lindhurst Cottages on Lindhurst Lane can be seen on the sky-line.
