The 'Byford Dolphin' in Belfast Lough
The drilling rig 'Byford Dolphin' LinkExternal link off the east Antrim coastline near the mouth of Belfast Lough. The rig has been towed here from the North Sea and is due to be dry-docked at Harland and Wolff, Belfast, in January 2015. The large tug on the left is the 'Havila Neptune' which is towing the rig; you may also be able to make out the small tug 'Eileen McLoughlin' LinkExternal link which has travelled out from Belfast (possibly to deliver supplies - it appeared that a crane from the rig was being used to winch something up).
