M6 Junction 34 road works

Part of the Heysham - M6 link road project is the rearrangement of Junction 34. However, the bridge carrying the M6 over the A683 is being retained.
The A683 has been closed here over the weekend, to install a new drain and to resurface the road under the bridge. On the left, a telephone pole has just been removed.
