This Pele Tower sits in Market Square, Dalton. It was built in the 14th Century. The structure is both grade I listed and a Scheduled Monument. Listing on the English Heritage website here: LinkExternal link and LinkExternal link The building is owned by the National Trust and the interior is opened to the public on summer Saturday afternoons by the Friends of Dalton Castle.
