Me neither. This large glass and stainless steel arch, animated with white light, is a "public artwork" by Lulu Quinn (no relation, as far as I am aware) installed in 2007 that was "designed to create a meeting point and dynamic viewing platform". There was no-one else around when I was there. But there was a nice view of NZ2563 : The High Level Bridge.
