In the present view, the Long Crags are in the right background, behind the upright stone. To the left of the upright is a scatter of smaller stones (compare NS3678 : Walton Farm chambered cairn, taken a few years earlier).
Beyond them, in the middle distance, is an area of high ground with a few trees in front of it; that area is centred on NS36877838, and includes old cornstone workings and remains of an associated lime-kiln: NS3678 : Former cornstone workings on Carman Muir / NS3678 : Remains of lime-kiln.
