Detail of 'Touchstone', a sculpture at Grizedale Forest
This was produced in 1998 by Gregory Scott-Gurner who painted it gold with a varnish finish SD3493 : 'Touchstone', a sculpture at Grizedale Forest It has lasted quite well over the quarter of a century it has been exposed to the elements but is quite difficult to locate, being hidden from view below the forestry road. There is a wooden marker beside the road although we missed it on this occasion and on our previous attempt in January.
