Jonathan Thacker and Paji inspect the stream at Minting. Two streams from the local hills north and east of the village converge, and here flow south out of the Village before joining others to make their way, originally, to the Witham at Southrey. These days the water is diverted into the inelegantly named "Catchwater Drain", and diverted to join the Witham a little further downstream near the former Stixwold station.

This picture dates from the Meeting held to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Geograph.
