TF1873 : Geographist and Sign

taken 5 years ago, near to Minting, Lincolnshire, Great Britain

Geographist and Sign
Geographist and Sign
Geograph contributor Neil Theasby just after he photographed the village sign in Minting.

The stone seat in the foreground carries a historical interpretation board for the village, and is said to be made of stones collected around the village and all thought to have been robbed out of the site of the Benedictine Alien House on the other side of the road.
