Alpacas on the hillside of Boze Down, Oxfordshire
Over the last twenty years, the number of alpacas at Bozedown has increased steadily. There are now extensive alpaca herds - including both the huacaya and suri breeds - numbering around 700 and spread over several large fields.

The land here is all sloping and well drained chalk downland in the Chilterns, which the alpacas are looking after very efficiently!
