Bell Common, Epping
Bell Common, Epping
Bell Common provides an important transition in the landscape between Epping Forest and the built-up area which forms the outskirts of Epping. The area was once known as "Beacon Common". It was deemed sufficiently important for the M25 to be put under Bell Common via a 470 metre long tunnel. For more about Bell Common see LinkExternal link (Archive LinkExternal link )

This is at the northern end of Bell Common, looking towards Hemnall Street.
