Underneath Teston Bridge
Traffic on this narrow bridge crossing the River Medway has priority from the north so northbound traffic can have a bit of a wait. Only the centre three arches are medieval, but the 19th century extensions match exactly.
This is the northernmost of the three medieval arches and it takes the Medway Valley Walk under the road above. Downriver in this direction to Barming Bridge and East Farleigh the Medway Valley Walk follows this northern bank but upriver towards Wateringbury the Walk crosses Teston Bridge and then continues higher up the valley.
