Utilising the old sign frame of the former White House pub which has recently been converted to a dwelling and renamed Ingram House.
Silverhill Oast

Originally a three kiln oast house, with one kiln remaining to the end of stowage. Permission was given to convert to two holiday lets and was up for sale in 2010 for around £115,000.
It was converted to a dwelling in 2011.
