Former Masonic Temple, built in 1894 to the designs of John Johnson, by J K W Lowry; refurbished and converted c 1989. The grand central door leads up to the ceremonial first floor level; the right hand door is next in importance as it leads directly to the reception and social rooms above the first floor; and the left hand door leads only to the ground floor rooms.
