Leckhampton Hill - The Devil's Chimney
Leckhampton Hill - The Devil's Chimney
This pillar of limestone was left in about 1800 by the quarrymen who excavated all round it. Therefore it is man made and not a result of natural erosion. It is a popular attraction and features on the Ordnance Survey map.
